A Little Hunt…

This afternoon our neighborhood, Forest Hills, held its annual Easter egg hunt, and Eloise was excited to participate for the first time.  Eloise’s outfit: Le Za Me Bunny Toile Bishop and Bunnies By the Bay Cuddle Coat

The tradition of the Easter egg hunt spread across Europe during the Victorian period. Since eggs were a common item given up during Lent it was a treat to eat the found eggs on Easter Sunday. While the eggs we hunted today were plastic our Little Lovely certainly enjoyed putting them in her mouth, and Dad even “helped her taste” some yummy, Easter treats. We brought “Bunny Munch” for everyone to enjoy:   Annie’s Homegrown Cocoa & Vanilla Bunny Cookies // Mini Marshmallows // Easter M&Ms
