A Lovely Little Gala

“The little girl just could not sleep because her thoughts were way too deep. Her mind had gone out for a stroll and fallen down the rabbit hole.”- Alice in Wonderland, Lewis Carroll

Last night, the Columbia Museum of Art hosted its annual gala, this year themed “A Night in Wonderland.” In a previous post, I shared about this amazing event and how it was a celebration of the museum’s Spring exhibit, Salvador Dali’s Fantastical Fairytales and its proceeds support the museum’s education and community programming and events.

It has been my privilege to serve as gala chair this year, and because of the hard work of our committee, volunteers and museum staff, the night was truly magical! From the whimsical decor to surreal food and lively entertainment (including viewing of the Final Four games) it was a night to remember.

Here are a few photos that capture some of my favorite lovely little party details.
