The best way to shake off the winter blues is to start planning for brighter days ahead.
Like so many of us, I’ve been trying to organize and edit my closet in the new year to make room for transitional and spring pieces. Here are a few of the styles and lines that have caught my eye lately.
One of my favorite online boutiques is The Uptown Charade, curated by owner Kayla, carrying pretty resort wear, dresses and more like this dahlia printed blouse from Ophelia + Indigo featuring an oversized collar, ruffle details and tie at the neck. The print is also available as a dress, and here is another favorite dress from Uptown now on sale.
If you adore printed dresses, you’ll also want to follow South Carolina designer, Victoria Dunn. I’m a big fan of the Folly dress in a variety of colors.
Another Lowcountry line to note is King + Pitt by Mimi Seabrook in Pawleys Island, which is unveiling its second launch tomorrow morning. Set your alarms and sign up for early access.
A little Mommy and Me matching is always fun, and Baybala has you covered with their new collection. The Kaitlyn and Georgia dresses are so sweet and easy to wear no matter where you’re heading this spring.
My girls have visions of snowflakes in their heads this weekend, but there are signs of spring ahead. We can’t wait to sport a new brand, Byrne & Bittle, inspired by the whimsy of children’s literature and the English countryside. Be on the lookout for a fun giveaway coming soon.
